Hey guys, I have a 454 that has casting number 3999289 and it has T instead HI PERF PASS on the back of the block. Is this block still a Hi guys I'm posting this in Performance and Tag Team as I'm not sure which is appropriate. Once again I'm looking for fellow member's says that on the 3999289 454 block, the CE engines would have either 2 or 4 bolt mains. i just wish i could find the CE stamp on it. Dec 19,
